Where are you??

The all time favorite game around the Kunn house is hide and seek. The girls love it, Steve loves it, and I entertain them all by playing along. Favorite places to hide... pantry, front closet, under the kitchen table, under a blanket and for Emmy... right beside the couch. I love it that at this age they think if they can't see you, you can't see them either.

Found you!

Sledding Fun

Saturday was beeeeeauuutiful!! Why can't everyday in an Albertan winter be like that. We woke up early (or I should say the girls woke up early and then woke us up early), had breakfast and then hit the slopes (or more truthfully, little hill).

Both girls loved it. Emmy went down almost as many times as McKenna. We met up with a couple of other families and had a blast. McKenna was fearless and kept going down on her belly or head first or on top of me or Steve headfirst.

McKenna and her friend Jane. I love this little girl. She and McKenna are such great playmates. I hope they are friends for a long long time. They have so much fun together.

Cupcake and Ballet Christmas Eve

Christmas Eve couldn't have been better. We read the Christmas Story, set out milk, carrots and peppermint cookies for Santa and the reindeer. Had cupcakes and ice cream for a bedtime snack and opened our Christmas pajamas.

Ballet Tip: If you don't have a ballet bar, just use your sister's head to hold a pose.

They loved these pajamas. They came with pants as well, but what ballerina wears pants with her tutu?

The Many Faces of McKenna

The mood of an almost four year old girl is definitely dramatic and ever changing.
